CBT.

Somatic Processing Therapy
Are you feeling overwhelmed? Desiring clarity of how you’re experiencing your emotions? Feeling stuck in emotional “mud”? Somatic Processing provides the space and techniques to speak directly to the subconscious through the body. It will be the place where you can surrender and allow the brain and body to trust each other again and feel whole. (In-person only)
Mindfulness.
Are you looking for the pause button? That moment between reacting and responding that can make a big difference in your mood, your day, or an interaction. Adding mindfulness into your life can improve your self-study and your ability to access joy and peace within yourself.
